The next Pacific Bluffs Corp 2 HOA BOD meeting will be in September 2025.

Your Pacific Bluffs Corp 2 BOD meeting has been moved to July 30 2025.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee will increase for 2025. The Monthly Maintenance Fee will increase to $500 per month beginning January 1 2025. Remember, your Monthly Maintenance Fee is paid in advance, not in arrears.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee will increase for 2024. The Monthly Maintenance Fee will increase to $465 per month beginning January 1 2024. Remember, Monthly Maintenance Fee is paid in advance, not in arrears.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee will not increase for 2023. The Monthly Maintenance Fee will remain at $440 per month for 2023.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee for 2022 is $440 per month. This new rate begins on January 1 2022.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee for 2021 is $400 per month. This new rate begins on January 1 2021.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee is unchanged from 2019. The Monthly Maintenance Fee for 2020 is $395 per month
